Return Policy At Hawaiian-Candles.com

We accept returns for non-custom or private label products with no stocking fee providing the candles are in the exact same condition as when we shipped it (not burned, stained, or damaged.) If your candles were damaged during shipping, please contact
CustomerService@Hawaiian-Candles.com within 7 days. We take great care in packing our candles and gifts, but on occasion, products can be damaged during shipping.
Due to the nature of our private labeled and custom orders, we are unable ot accept returns unless they were damaged due to shipping.

Shipping Information

We ship via USPS flat rate ($14.95). Orders over $200 receive FREE USPS shipping. Orders normally ship within 2 business days (some custom and larger quantity and special orders may take longer,) and we also offer expedited shipping methods (contact us at CustomerService@Hawaiian-Candles.com or call 866-267-5814 (808-430-6567) for more information.) For inter-island orders, we also may deliver or utilize Aloha Air Cargo.
